Pro Star Drills Limited is a UK based drill bit specialist. We offer the highest quality of drill bits at the lowest possible prices. All our drill bits are manufactured to British Standards ISO and DIN. We are based in Wigan, near Manchester and have a fully stocked warehouse ready to supply the drill bits you require. We welcome collections from our trade counter.

We have over 25 years of experience, acquiring top quality suppliers from the UK, Germany, and China. We have also had the pleasure in dealing with the same customers since our business was established.

Delivery is FREE on all orders above £80.00. Orders under £80.00 will be charged £4.50 for next day delivery or if you need your items quickly £9.50 for next day AM delivery.

Please note, if you live in the Channel Isles, Jersey, Guernsey, Scilly, Northern Ireland, The Hebrides, Scottish Islands and The Isle of Man, there is an additional delivery charge of £8.00 (+ VAT) in addition to your selected delivery method.

If there are any discrepancies upon receipt of your item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve your issue quickly and efficiently.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you have received then return them to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure you return the item in the same condition you received it. We require written confirmation by e-mail to starinfo@prostar.net before returning the items to us.

Pro Star Drills Limited do not disclose buyers' information to any third parties and we do not hold your credit/debit card details at any time. We may, from time to time, send you details of new products or special offers via email if you have signed up to receive such e-mails on our homepage. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. These cookies in no way track any personably identifiable information and are used purely to hold temporary information that relates to the items you have added to your shopping cart.

Prices

We offer goods for sale through our website www.prostar.net and our trade centres. Our prices vary from time to time and printed material such as advertisements will always show the dates when the prices are valid.

VAT

The prices we quote always include VAT at the applicable rate. For trade customers, we will always include the Ex VAT price in addition to the Inc Vat price.

Payment

All of our goods are offered to you on a 'payment with order' basis or on a 'pay on account' basis (depending upon which type or method you use to order goods via this website). We accept most credit cards and debit cards via our website. Our trade centres also accept cash and cheque for payments made in person. If using our trade customer 'payment on account' facility then payment is required within 30 days of the order date.

Dispatch

We will normally dispatch your goods on the same working day, provided that your order is received by us before 3pm. The goods become your property as soon as they have been paid for by you.

Delivery

We will deliver your order to any UK address. Our standard delivery uses a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods on the next working day. If you live off the beaten track or the carrier finds your address more difficult to find your delivery may take a little longer. With some of the more remote areas such as the highlands of Scotland delivery can take several days. A surcharge may also apply to deliveries to such locations which you will be informed about once we have received your full order. If possible we will try to despatch with Royal Mail to avoid any surcharges, however this is not always possible. If a quicker delivery is important you may select one of our premium delivery options. Availability of these depends on where you are and in some cases the time of day. This will be confirmed with you at the time you place your order. If you order by post and request a delivery option that is not available to your location you will not be charged for it.

Availability

We aim to keep sufficient stock so that we never run out. However on occasions of unexpectedly high demand we may unfortunately run out. If this happens we will notify you immediately whereby you may instruct us what you would like us to do. If you have opted for a premium delivery option, or we are expecting a longer delay we will use the information you have provided with your order to keep you informed of progress. You may contact us at any time to check on the progress of your order.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time until we dispatch it. Your order will be packed and dispatched in a very short period. If you wish to cancel the order you should do so by telephone and we will confirm that it has been possible.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Where things like strikes, wars, acts of terrorism or even small things like power cuts interfere in our business with you, we will do our best to keep things going. We shall have no liability to you for any failure, which is due to such unforeseen circumstances, or any other situation outside our control.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Business is intended to affect your statutory rights or to limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence. If there is a problem you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms of our Guarantee. Our liability to you will always be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures unless you have requested a premium delivery option. In these circumstances our liability to you will be limited to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid. Our liability to you specifically excludes compensation for indirect or consequential loss or damage however it arises and except as described above will always be limited to a refund of your payment.

Law

These terms of business will be interpreted and adjudicated under English law.
